SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF the FIFTY (50) United states/DC WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.

The Annie’s Homegrown “Ingredients for Childhood” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by General Mills Marketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 1 General Mills Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55426, and is administered by Promotion Management Center, Inc. (“Administrator”), 31205 Falcon Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes Period begins on September 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 20, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM CT. The Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States/D.C. and who are at least eighteen [18] years old. Employees, directors, officers, independent contractors (including influencers and endorsers) and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and (as applicable) each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, grandchild and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, theparticipant will go to www.ingredientsforchildhood.com. Participants will be prompted to complete the alternate entry form with all required information (including their first and last name, email address, street address of residence [no PO Boxes accepted]) and participant must check the box indicating that they are opting to enter the sweepstakes and have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. If the box is not checked, entry will not be accepted. Receipt of entry form may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment is NOT notification of winning a prize.
RESTRICTIONS ON SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per household.

Use of automated, robotic or programmed means of entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of entry (regardless of entry method utilized) does not constitute proof of Sponsor’s/Administrator’s receipt of same or proof of entry.

Any dispute as to the identity of participant will be resolved by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. Administrator will select fifty (50) potential winners at random from among all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2025. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail. Such notification will take place beginning on or about October 1, 2025. Participants understand and agree that Sponsor/Administrator will utilize commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential winners, and participants expressly waive any claim challenging the effectiveness and nature of such notification efforts. Potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Affidavit/Release”) within five (5) business days of date of winner notification.

A potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited without compensation of any kind in the event of any of the following: (i) potential winner does not timely complete, sign and return the required Affidavit/Release; (ii) potential winner cannot be contacted by Sponsor/Administrator; or (iii) if Sponsor/Administrator determine in their sole discretion that the potential winner is not eligible or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified, the forfeited prize may be awarded in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.
PRIZES & ODDS:

Prizes. Fifty (50) winners will receive one (1) Ingredients for Childhood Kit which includes one (1) pair of kid and one (1) adult Converse shoes, shoe laces, lace charms, chalk, shoe-tying practice board and Annie’s Fruit Flavored Snacks (10 ct.) Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: $200.00. Converse kid and adult shoe sizes may be limited and size preference is not guaranteed. Available sizes will be shared with winners.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes:$10,000.00.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the random drawing.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There is a limit of one (1) Prize per household. Prize must be accepted as awarded (i.e., Prize must be accepted in its entirety), and no prize substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor and only then for prize of comparable value. Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability should the Prize differ from images of same in Sweepstakes advertising of any kind. Prize will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States/D.C. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable by winners for cash. Winner is solely responsible for any and all unspecified costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes (as applicable) on the value of the Prize. Prizes are not transferable except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Nothing herein in any obligates Sponsor or its designees make use of such rights and the failure to do so will not result in any liability to winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable notifications; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or to any person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; and (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the participant’s entry or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use a Prize (if applicable); (b) acceptance, receipt, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of Prize or any element thereof; (c) any change in a Prize or any element thereof); (d) human error; (e) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (f) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed Prize or any element thereof; or (g) the negligence or willful misconduct by a participant.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or order of any governmental authority (whether or not ultimately determined to be lawful), infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or proceed with the Sweepstakes and make the prizes available to be won in a manner it deems fair and reasonable.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS TO CONTRACTS BEING MADE AND PERFORMED THEREIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CHOICE OF LAW/CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANY JURISIDICTION OTHER THAN MINNESOTA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MINNESOTA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WHICH SHALL BE NO MORE THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY PARTICIPANT AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/us-english-privacy-policy.
GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes entry is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in the Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered online submissions. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. These Official Rules may be modified by Sponsor and/or we may cease offering the Sweepstakes at any time. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF OTHER OFFICIAL RULES BY POSTING THEM ON THE WEBSITE (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE WHICH WE ELECT), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE NEW OFFICIAL RULES. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All materials submitted will not be returned.
Social Media Disclaimers and Policies: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Sponsor and all Sweepstakes entrants fully release Facebook and Instagram from any claims or issue arising from this Sweepstakes. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram and Facebook.
Converse Inc. is not responsible for the Annie’s Homegrown “Ingredients For Childhood” Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Converse Inc., as well as its respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment obligations, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prizes.
